     Florence Louisa Gibbs was the daughter of Samuel Mountford Gibbs. She married Colonel James Stevenson of Braidwood, son of Nathaniel Stevenson and Margaret Jane Scott, on 21 July 1885.¹ She died on 4 August 1946.¹
     From 21 July 1885, her married name became Stevenson.

     Major Samuel Delano Stevenson was born on 1 May 1886.¹ He was the son of Colonel James Stevenson of Braidwood and Florence Louisa Gibbs.² He married Bertha Gwladys Robinson Seaton, daughter of Richard Seaton, on 30 January 1915.¹ He died on 17 August 1964 at age 78.¹
     He was educated at Tonbridge School, Tonbridge, Kent, England.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1908 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was admitted to the Royal Company of Archers in 1911.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Black Watch.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹

     Richard Seaton lived at Margam Abbey, Glamorgan, Wales.¹

     Bertha Gwladys Robinson Seaton was the daughter of Richard Seaton.² She married Major Samuel Delano Stevenson, son of Colonel James Stevenson of Braidwood and Florence Louisa Gibbs, on 30 January 1915.¹ She died on 20 November 1959.¹
     From 30 January 1915, her married name became Stevenson.

     Lt.-Col. Ivan James Delano Stevenson was born on 16 October 1916.¹ He was the son of Major Samuel Delano Stevenson and Bertha Gwladys Robinson Seaton.² He married, firstly, Lorna Abbay, daughter of Colonel Bryan Norman Abbay, on 15 February 1946.¹ He and Lorna Abbay were divorced.¹ He married, secondly, Marjorie (?) in December 1980.¹ He died on 23 February 1998 at age 81.¹
     He was educated at Canford School, Wimborne, Dorset, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Essex Regiment.¹ He fought in the Second World War, in Abyssinia, Middle East and Burma, and was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was admitted to the Royal Company of Archers in 1944.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1945 in the 3rd East Anglian Regiment.¹

     Lorna Abbay was the daughter of Colonel Bryan Norman Abbay.² She married Lt.-Col. Ivan James Delano Stevenson, son of Major Samuel Delano Stevenson and Bertha Gwladys Robinson Seaton, on 15 February 1946.¹ She and Lt.-Col. Ivan James Delano Stevenson were divorced.¹ She died on 4 April 1980.¹

     Angus John Delano Stevenson was born on 12 November 1946.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Ivan James Delano Stevenson and Lorna Abbay.² He married Susan Margaret Jones, daughter of Leslie Charles Jones, on 27 December 1980.¹
     He was educated at Prince of Wales School, Kenya.¹ He was educated at Worthing College of Further Education, Worthing, Sussex, England.¹ He was educated at Police College, Hong Kong.¹ He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Hong Kong between 1978 and 1980.¹ He was Assistant Commissioner of Royal Hong Kong Police.¹ He was awarded the Colonial Police Medal for Meritorious Service in 1991.¹ He was awarded the Queen’s Police Medal (Q.P.M.) in 1994.¹ He lived in 2003 at 17 St. John’s Street, Chichester, Sussex, England.¹

     Susan Margaret Jones is the daughter of Leslie Charles Jones.² She married Angus John Delano Stevenson, son of Lt.-Col. Ivan James Delano Stevenson and Lorna Abbay, on 27 December 1980.¹
     From 27 December 1980, her married name became Stevenson.
