     Colin Stanley Horton was born on 30 April 1969.¹ He is the son of Percival William Horton and Margaret Joy Kellett.²

     Deborah Jane Horton was born in 1964.¹ She is the daughter of Percival William Horton and Margaret Joy Kellett.² She married Andrew Philip Howe in 1983.¹
