     Arthur Trevor Nichols lived at Lower Farm House, Hambledon, Surrey, England.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹

     Lorna Mary Nichols is the daughter of Arthur Trevor Nichols.² She married Reverend Basil Edward Robert Millar, son of Reverend Edward William Millar and Margaret Alice Adele Duncan, on 12 November 1940.¹
