Hon. Charles Thomas Mills was born on 13 March 1887 at London, England.3 He was the son of Charles William Mills, 2nd Baron Hillingdon and Hon. Alice Marion Harbord.1 He died on 6 October 1915 at age 28 at Hulluch, France, killed in action.3
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Uxbridge between January 1910 and 1915.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Middlesex.4 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the 2nd Battalion, Scots Guards.1 He fought in the First World War.1
