Berks [U.K.] on 22 June 1933.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the British Empire (G.B.E.) in 1946.¹

     Marguerite Iliffe is the daughter of William Isaac Iliffe and Annette Coker.²

     Henry Gilding held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Gateacre, Liverpool, Lancashire, England.¹

     Charlotte Gilding was the daughter of Henry Gilding.² She married Edward Mauger Iliffe, 1st Baron Iliffe, son of William Isaac Iliffe and Annette Coker, on 10 June 1902.¹ She died on 18 January 1972.¹
     From 10 June 1902, her married name became Iliffe. After her marriage, Charlotte Gilding was styled as Baroness Iliffe on 22 June 1933.
