     Alexander Edward John Bulwer-Lytton, Viscount Knebworth was born on 11 March 1910.¹ He was the son of Victor Alexander George Robert Bulwer-Lytton, 2nd Earl of Lytton and Pamela Frances Audrey Chichele-Plowden.¹ He died on 4 July 1942 at age 32 at El Alamein, Egypt^G, killed in action.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was styled as Viscount Knebworth between 1933 and 1942.¹ He was appointed Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.)¹ He gained the rank of Major in the The Bays.¹ He fought in the Battle of El Alamein.¹

     Judith Anne Dorothea Blunt, Baroness Wentworth was born in 1873 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.² She was the daughter of Wilfrid Scawen Blunt and Anne Isabella Noel King-Noel, Baroness Wentworth.³ She married Neville Stephen Lytton, 3rd Earl of Lytton, son of Edward Robert Bulwer-Lytton, 1st Earl of Lytton and Edith Villiers, on 2 February 1899.¹ She and Neville Stephen Lytton, 3rd Earl of Lytton were divorced in 1923.³ She died on 8 August 1957.¹

     Lady Anne Lytton was born on 24 August 1901.¹ She was the daughter of Neville Stephen Lytton, 3rd Earl of Lytton and Judith Anne Dorothea Blunt, Baroness Wentworth.¹ She died on 26 June 1979 at age 77, unmarried.¹
     She was given the name of Anne Lytton at birth.¹ On 23 February 1925 her name was legally changed to Anne Lytton-Milbanke by Deed Poll.¹ In 1947 her name was legally changed to Anne Lytton by Deed Poll.¹

     Lady Winifred Lytton was born on 19 March 1904.¹ She is the daughter of Neville Stephen Lytton, 3rd Earl of Lytton and Judith Anne Dorothea Blunt, Baroness Wentworth.¹ She married Claude Tryon, son of John Tryon, on 9 November 1921.¹
     She was educated at Priory of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Haywards Heath, Sussex, England^G.¹ From 9 November 1921, her married name became Tryon.¹

     Claude Tryon was the son of John Tryon.¹ He married Lady Winifred Lytton, daughter of Neville Stephen Lytton, 3rd Earl of Lytton and Judith Anne Dorothea Blunt, Baroness Wentworth, on 9 November 1921.¹ He died on 19 September 1949.¹
     He was registered as a Member, Institution of Mechanical Engineers (M.I.Mech.E.)¹

     John Tryon lived at Grove Mill House, Watford, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹

     Rosa Alexandra Fortel married Neville Stephen Lytton, 3rd Earl of Lytton, son of Edward Robert Bulwer-Lytton, 1st Earl of Lytton and Edith Villiers, on 1 May 1924.¹ She died in 1980.¹
     From 1 May 1924, her married name became Lytton.¹ After her marriage, Rosa Alexandra Fortel was styled as Countess of Lytton on 25 October 1947.

     Lady Madeleine Elizabeth Lytton was born on 28 August 1921.¹ She is the daughter of Neville Stephen Lytton, 3rd Earl of Lytton and Rosa Alexandra Fortel.¹
     She was educated at Lisa Duncan School.¹ She was a dancer, choreographer and teacher.¹ She lived in 2003 at 4 rue des Hauts-Tillets, Sèvres, France^G.¹

     Eleanore Lytton was born on 7 June 1957.¹ She is the daughter of Lady Madeleine Elizabeth Lytton.¹
     She was a lyricist.¹

     Clarissa Mary Palmer was born circa 1916.² She was the daughter of Brig.-Gen. Cyril Eustace Palmer and Nina Kathleen Scarlett.¹ She married Noel Anthony Scawen Lytton-Milbanke, 4th Earl of Lytton, son of Neville Stephen Lytton, 3rd Earl of Lytton and Judith Anne Dorothea Blunt, Baroness Wentworth, on 30 November 1946.¹ She died on 24 September 2006.²
     From 30 November 1946, her married name became Lytton-Milbanke.¹ After her marriage, Clarissa Mary Palmer was styled as Countess of Lytton on 9 February 1951. She lived in 2003 at Garden Wing, Newbuildings Place, Shipley, Sussex, England^G.¹
