     Nicholas Kendall was the son of Walter Kendall and Katherine Hellyar.² He married Emline Treffry, daughter of Thomas Treffry, on 5 November 1623.¹ He died between 17 May 1638 and 16 February 1640.¹ His will was proven (by probate) on 16 February 1640.²
     He lived at Pelynt, Cornwall, England.¹ His last will was dated 17 May 1638.²

     Emline Treffry was the daughter of Thomas Treffry.² She married Nicholas Kendall, son of Walter Kendall and Katherine Hellyar, on 5 November 1623.¹ She died circa 2 March 1684.² She was buried on 5 March 1684.²
     From 5 November 1623, her married name became Kendall.

     Walter Kendall was baptised in October 1626.² He was the son of Nicholas Kendall and Emline Treffry.² He married Jone Carew, daughter of Sir Alexander Carew, 2nd Bt. and Jane Rolle, on 17 July 1650 at St. Minver, Cornwall, England^G.¹ He died in September 1693 at age 66, without issue.¹
     He lived at Pelynt, Cornwall, England.¹
