     Michael William Morris, 2nd Baron Morris was born on 12 April 1903.¹ He was the son of Edward Patrick Morris, 1st Baron Morris and Isabel Langrishe le Gallais.² He married, firstly, Jean Beatrice Maitland Makgill Crichton, daughter of Lt.-Col. David Edward Maitland Makgill Crichton and Phyllis Cuthbert, on 18 April 1933.¹ He and Jean Beatrice Maitland Makgill Crichton were divorced in 1946.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Langhorne, daughter of Reverend Alexander Reginald Langhorne, on 12 July 1960.¹ He died on 11 March 1975 at age 71.¹
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1925 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1925 entitled to practise as a barrister-at-law.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1929 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ In 1931 he was disbarred at his own request and admitted as a solicitor.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Morris, of St. John’s in the Dominion of Newfoundland, and of the City of Waterford [U.K., 1918] on 24 October 1935.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was legal staff officer, Middle East.¹ He gained the rank of Squadron Leader between 1939 and 1943.¹ He was Military Prosecutor, Palestine
between 1940 and 1942.¹ He was member of the Sub-Committee for Reforms to the Administration of Justice.¹ He was senior partner of Blount Petre & Company.¹

     Katherine Grizel Maitland Makgill Crichton was born on 7 April 1930 at Bedford, Bedfordshire, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. David Edward Maitland Makgill Crichton and Phyllis Cuthbert.¹ She married Dr. Russell William Andrew Charles Barton, son of Charles William Barton, on 24 July 1954.¹ She died on 11 June 2002 at age 72 at New York, U.S.A.^G.¹
     Katherine Grizel Maitland Makgill Crichton usually went by her middle name of Grizel.² From 24 July 1954, her married name became Barton.¹

     Dr. Russell William Andrew Charles Barton was born on 21 April 1923.¹ He was the son of Charles William Barton.² He married Katherine Grizel Maitland Makgill Crichton, daughter of Lt.-Col. David Edward Maitland Makgill Crichton and Phyllis Cuthbert, on 24 July 1954.¹ He died on 11 June 2002 at age 79 at New York, U.S.A.^G.¹
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)² He graduated with a Diploma of Public Medicine (D.P.M.)² He was a psychiatrist and superintendant at Severalls Hospital, Colchester, Essex, England^G.¹ He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Physicians, London (M.R.C.P.)²

     Douglas Norman Matthews was born in 1911.¹ He married Ruby Florence Selwyn Yager, daughter of Ellen Beatrice Yager.¹ He died in 1973.¹
