Sir Vauncey Harpur Crewe, 10th Bt.1 

Sir Vauncey Harpur Crewe, 10th Bt. was born on 14 October 1846.1 He was the son of Sir John Harpur-Crewe, 9th Bt. He married Hon. Isabel Adderley, daughter of Charles Bowyer Adderley, 1st Baron Norton and Hon. Julia Anne Eliza Leigh, on 20 April 1876.3 He died on 13 December 1924 at age 78.4
He gained the title of 10th Baronet Harpur. He lived Calke Abbey.4

He was given the name of Charles Arthur Richard Jenney at birth.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Derbyshire in 1961.1 In 1961 his name was legally changed to Charles Arthur Richard Harpur-Crewe after inheriting the Calke estate.1
