     Hester Foster was born on 28 July 1775.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Foster.¹ She married Reverend Samuel Dill, son of John Dill and Susan McClure, in 1805.¹ She died on 5 May 1863 at age 87.¹
     From 1805, her married name became Dill.

     John Dill was born on 27 December 1807.¹ He was the son of Reverend Samuel Dill and Hester Foster.² He died on 4 May 1808.¹

     Verena Richter was born on 10 June 1947 at Mainz, Germany^G.¹ She married Otto Graf von Hartig, son of Edmund Franz Graf von Hartig and Karoline Gräfin von Walterskirchen, on 12 October 1992 at Vienna, Austria^G.¹
     From 12 October 1992, her married name became von Hartig.¹

     James Rentoul gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Derry Militia.¹

     Catherine Haughton Rentoul was born circa 1822.¹ She was the daughter of James Rentoul.² She married Robert Foster Dill, son of Reverend Samuel Dill and Hester Foster, on 5 February 1841.¹ She died on 21 February 1892.¹
     From 5 February 1841, her married name became Dill.

     Very Rev. Samuel Marcus Dill was born on 20 December 1843.¹ He was the son of Robert Foster Dill and Catherine Haughton Rentoul.² He married Agnes Graham Rowe, daughter of John James Rowe, on 4 July 1878.¹ He died on 23 January 1924 at age 80.¹
     He was educated at Geneva Theological College, Geneva, Switzerland^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Belfast Academical Institute, Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland^G.¹ He graduated from Queen’s College, Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was educated at Theological College, Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland^G.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹ He was the Minister at Alloway, Ayrshire, Scotland^G.¹ He was Moderator of the Church of Scotland in 1912.¹

     John James Rowe lived at Dinglefield, Liverpool, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     Agnes Graham Rowe was the daughter of John James Rowe.² She married Very Rev. Samuel Marcus Dill, son of Robert Foster Dill and Catherine Haughton Rentoul, on 4 July 1878.¹ She died on 2 April 1934.¹
     From 4 July 1878, her married name became Dill.

     Marcus Graham Dill was born on 22 February 1882.¹ He was the son of Very Rev. Samuel Marcus Dill and Agnes Graham Rowe.² He married Elizabeth Ann Barnwell, daughter of Richard Barnwell, on 31 July 1909.¹ He died on 6 June 1966 at age 84, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Army Medical Corps.¹ He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G, in 1909 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He lived at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹
