Sir Henry Tempest, 4th Bt. was born on 13 January 1753.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Tempest, 3rd Bt. and Maria Holmes.2 He married Susanna Pritchard Lambert, daughter of Henry Lambert, on 24 January 1791.1 He died on 29 January 1819 at age 66, without issue.1
He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Tempest [E., 1664] on 9 November 1753.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Herefordshire in 1779.1 He lived at Thorpe Lee, Surrey, EnglandG.1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1
