     Edward Thomas Walhouse Littleton, 5th Baron Hatherton was born on 13 August 1900.¹ He was the son of Edward Charles Rowley Littleton, 4th Baron Hatherton and Hester Edithe Hoskins.² He married, firstly, Ida Gwendolen Legge, daughter of Robin Legge, on 5 September 1925.¹ He and Ida Gwendolen Legge were divorced in 1951.¹ He married, secondly, Kathleen May Whitechurch, daughter of Clarence Ernest Orlando Whitechurch, on 11 January 1952.¹ He died on 13 November 1969 at age 69.¹
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Osborne, Isle of Wight, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He was Assistant Inspector, Naval Ordnance in 1938.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baron Hatherton, of Hatherton, co. Stafford [U.K., 1835] on 10 November 1944.¹ He held the office of Chief Whip, House of Lords between 1946 and 1949.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Staffordshire in 1947.¹

     Ida Gwendolen Legge is the daughter of Robin Legge.¹ She married, firstly, Henry Burton Tate, son of Henry Tate and Grace Burton, on 22 July 1909.² She married, secondly, Edward Thomas Walhouse Littleton, 5th Baron Hatherton, son of Edward Charles Rowley Littleton, 4th Baron Hatherton and Hester Edithe Hoskins, on 5 September 1925.¹ She and Edward Thomas Walhouse Littleton, 5th Baron Hatherton were divorced in 1951.¹ She and Henry Burton Tate were divorced.² She died in 1969.²
     From 22 July 1909, her married name became Tate.¹ From 5 September 1925, her married name became Littleton. After her marriage, Ida Gwendolen Legge was styled as Baroness Hatherton on 10 November 1944.

     Hon. Joanna Ida Louisa Littleton was born on 14 October 1926.¹ She was the daughter of Edward Thomas Walhouse Littleton, 5th Baron Hatherton and Ida Gwendolen Legge.² She married Robert Westby Perceval on 1 September 1948.¹ She died on 27 January 2021 at age 94.³
     From 1 September 1948, her married name became Perceval. She lived in 2003 at Pillaton Hall, Penkridge, Staffordshire, England^G.¹

     Robert Westby Perceval married Hon. Joanna Ida Louisa Littleton, daughter of Edward Thomas Walhouse Littleton, 5th Baron Hatherton and Ida Gwendolen Legge, on 1 September 1948.¹ He died on 19 January 2005.²
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He was Clerk-Assistant, House of Lords between 1964 and 1974.¹

     Antony Robin Walhouse Westby Littleton was born on 19 June 1950.¹ He is the son of Robert Westby Perceval and Hon. Joanna Ida Louisa Littleton.² He married Hon. Aileen Mary Fitzherbert, daughter of Basil Francis Nicholas Fitzherbert, 14th Baron Stafford and Morag Nada Campbell, on 12 April 1980.²
     He was given the name of Antony Robin Walhouse Westby Perceval at birth.¹ He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Durham University, Durham, County Durham, England^G.¹ In 1971 his name was legally changed to Antony Robin Walhouse Westby Littleton by Royal Licence.¹ He lived in 2003 at Old Walls, Hannington, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     He was Page of Honour to Frederick, Prince of Wales.¹
