Sir James Harington, 3rd Bt.1 
He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Harington, of Ridlington, co. Rutland [E., 1611] in 1653.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Middlesex in 1654.1 He was a Commissioner for the trial of King Charles I.1 After the Restoration he was excepted from the general pardon but not actually condemned to death.1
