     He graduated from Washington University, Washington, U.S.A.G, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)1 He was co-founder and chief executive of Digital Control (Inc) at Washington, U.S.A.G.1 He lived in 2003 at 2108 92nd Avenue NE, Bellevue, Washington, U.S.A.G.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Hambling, of Yoxford, Suffolk [U.K., 1924] on 6 May 2010.3
