Gloucester [U.K., 1938] on 30 June 1991.1 He was appointed Fellow, Society Authors in 1994.1 He was director of North-West Frontier Productions in 1995.1 He was managing director of Hard News Ltd in 1998.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Asiatic Society (F.R.A.S.) in 1998.1 He was a photojournalist covering revolutions, wars and foreign travel assignments in Afghanistan, Albania, Brazil, Burma, Colombia, Eastern Europe, Egypt, Eritrea, Israel (West Bank and Gaza), Lebanon, Liberia, North America, Northern Ireland, South Africa, South-East Asia, Sudan, and Uganda.)1
