     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Egerton, of Egerton and Oulton, co. Chester [E., 1617] circa October 1646.¹

     George Wintour lived at Dyrham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Anne Wintour was the daughter of George Wintour.² She married Sir John Egerton, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Rowland Egerton, 1st Bt. and Bridget Grey.¹ She died in 1681.¹
     Her married name became Egerton.

     Sir John Egerton, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir John Egerton, 2nd Bt. and Anne Wintour.² He married, firstly, Elizabeth Holland, daughter of unknown Holland.¹ He married, secondly, Anne Wolferstan, daughter of Francis Wolferstan.¹ He died on 4 November 1729.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Egerton, of Egerton and Oulton, co. Chester [E., 1617] in 1674.¹

     Elizabeth Holland was the daughter of unknown Holland.¹ She married Sir John Egerton, 3rd Bt., son of Sir John Egerton, 2nd Bt. and Anne Wintour.¹ She died on 31 May 1701.¹
     Her married name became Egerton.

     John Linsly James was the son of Daniel James and Sophia Hitchcock.¹ He died in 1891.¹

     Sir John Rochford was born in 1325 at Stocke Rochford, Lincolnshire, England^G.¹ He married Isabell Hastings, daughter of Sir Hugh de Hastings and Margery Foliot, on 30 December 1336 at Grimston, Nottinghamshire, England^G.¹ He died in 1401 at Stocke Rochford, Lincolnshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Edward Egerton, 5th Bt. was born before 1721. He was the son of Sir Holland Egerton, 4th Bt. and Eleanor Cave.² He died on 16 February 1743/44, unmarried.¹
     He succeeded as the 5th Bronet Egerton, of Egerton and Oulton, co. Chester [E., 1617] on 25 April 1730.¹
