     Sir Simon Lycett Green, 5th Bt. was born on 11 July 1912.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward Arthur Lycett Green, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Williams.² He married, firstly, Gladys Ranicar, daughter of Arthur Ranicar, on 3 January 1935.¹ He and Gladys Ranicar were divorced in 1971.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Ramsden, daughter of George Ramsden, on 14 October 1971.¹ He died on 5 November 2003 at age 91.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons.)¹ Officer.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.) in 1947.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel between 1947 and 1951 in the Yorkshire Dragoons.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of the West Riding of Yorskhire in 1952.¹ He was chairman of Greens Economiser Group between 1956 and 1983.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) in 1959.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Green, of Wakefield, co. York and Ken Hill, co. Norfolk [U.K., 1886] on 13 May 1996.¹

     Arthur Ranicar lived at Wigan, Lancashire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Gladys Ranicar was the daughter of Arthur Ranicar.² She married Sir Simon Lycett Green, 5th Bt., son of Sir Edward Arthur Lycett Green, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Williams, on 3 January 1935.¹ She and Sir Simon Lycett Green, 5th Bt. were divorced in 1971.¹ She died in 1980.¹
     From 3 January 1935, her married name became Lycett Green.

     Diana Rose Frances Lycett Green was born on 26 December 1935.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Simon Lycett Green, 5th Bt. and Gladys Ranicar.² She married Captain Ronald Eden Wallace on 15 January 1964.¹
     From 15 January 1964, her married name became Wallace. She lived in 2003 at Mounsey Farm, Dulverton, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Captain Ronald Eden Wallace married Diana Rose Frances Lycett Green, daughter of Sir Simon Lycett Green, 5th Bt. and Gladys Ranicar, on 15 January 1964.¹

     David Lycett Wallace was born on 25 August 1967.¹ He is the son of Captain Ronald Eden Wallace and Diana Rose Frances Lycett Green.² He married Emma Lisa Freegard, daughter of S. R. Freegard, in 1991.¹

     S. R. Freegard lived at Langbar, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Emma Lisa Freegard is the daughter of S. R. Freegard.² She married David Lycett Wallace, son of Captain Ronald Eden Wallace and Diana Rose Frances Lycett Green, in 1991.¹
     From 1991, her married name became Wallace.
