     Colonel Fergus Reginald Winsford Graham was born on 26 October 1884.1 He was the son of Major Fergus Graham and Caroline Mary Tinker.2 He married Egeria Marion Spottiswood Baker, daughter of Vice-Admiral Casper Joseph Baker, on 30 April 1915.1 He died on 3 November 1961 at age 77.1
     He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded twice, and was mentioned in despatches four times.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1 He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Ulster Rifles.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1919.1 He was commander of the Shanghai Volunteer Corps between 1934 and 1938.1 He was Group Commandant of the Royal Observer Corps.1 He fought in the Second World War.1

     From 30 April 1915, her married name became Graham.
