(Unionist) for Worcester between 1908 and 1922.1 He was chairman of Rolls-Royce Ltd.1 He was created 1st Baronet Goulding [U.K.] on 25 June 1915.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1918.1 He was created 1st Baron Wargrave, of Wargrave, co.
