     Hon. Rachel Kathleen Bailey was born on 5 June 1914.1 She was the daughter of Hon. Herbert Crawshay Bailey and Kathleen Mary Salt.2 She married Brigadier Dimitry Dimitrievitch Zvegintzov, son of Colonel Dimitry Ivanovitch Zvegintzov, on 30 April 1940.1 She died on 13 April 1992 at age 77.1
     From 30 April 1940, her married name became Zvegintzov. In 1948 she was granted the rank of a baron’s daughter.1
