     Frances Elizabeth Lowe is the daughter of Air Chief Marshal Sir Douglas Charles Lowe and Doreen Elizabeth Nichols.^2,3 She married Christopher Russell Bailey, 5th Baron Glanusk of Glanusk Park, son of David Russell Bailey Bailey, 4th Baron Glanusk of Glanusk Park and Lorna Dorothy Andrews, on 29 June 1974.¹
     From 29 June 1974, her married name became Bailey. After her marriage, Frances Elizabeth Lowe was styled as Baroness Glanusk of Glanusk Park on 28 June 1997.

     Hon. Charles Henry Bailey was born on 12 August 1976.¹ He is the son of Christopher Russell Bailey, 5th Baron Glanusk of Glanusk Park and Frances Elizabeth Lowe.² He married Dr. Silvie Zamazalová in 2009.

     She was educated at Wycombe Abbey School, England^G.¹ She was an associate with Lazard in 2000.¹ She graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹

     John Bailey was born in 1747.¹ He was the son of Joseph Bailey.² He married Susannah Crawshay on 7 July 1774.¹ He died on 6 October 1813.¹

     Susannah Crawshay married John Bailey, son of Joseph Bailey, on 7 July 1774.¹ She died on 11 May 1812.¹

     Sir Joseph Bailey, 1st Bt. was born on 21 January 1783.¹ He was the son of John Bailey and Susannah Crawshay.² He married, firstly, Maria Latham, daughter of Joseph Latham, on 10 October 1810.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Ann Hopper, daughter of John Thomas Hendry Hopper, on 19 August 1830.² He died on 20 November 1858 at age 75.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Worcester.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Breconshire.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Monmouthshire in 1826.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Bailey [U.K., 1852] on 5 July 1852.¹
