     Rev. Sir Christopher Herbert Gibson, 4th Bt. was born on 17 July 1948.¹ He is the son of Sir Christopher Herbert Gibson, 3rd Bt. and Lilian Lake Young.²
     He was ordained on 20 December 1975 Roman Catholic priest.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Gibson, of Linconia in the Republic of Argentina [U.K., 1931] on 26 June 1994.² He lived in 2003 at 5700 North Harlem Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A.^G.¹

     John Gibson died on 9 March 1831.¹
     He was a manufacturer and merchant.¹ He lived at Garnet Hill, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Thomas Gibson was born on 28 November 1816.¹ He was the son of John Gibson.² He married Clementina Corbett, daughter of William Corbett, on 9 May 1854.¹ He died on 2 December 1903 at age 87.¹
     He lived at Argentina^G.¹ He lived at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹

     Clementina Corbett was the daughter of William Corbett.² She married Thomas Gibson, son of John Gibson, on 9 May 1854.¹ She died on 31 August 1886.¹
     From 9 May 1854, her married name became Gibson.

     Sir Herbert Gibson, 1st Bt. was born on 8 July 1863.¹ He was the son of Thomas Gibson and Clementina Corbett.² He married Madeleine Jessie Savell, daughter of Reverend W J Savell, on 6 July 1895.¹ He died on 28 December 1934 at age 71.²
     He was a landowner, livestock-breeder, and merchant at Argentina^G.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1919.¹ He was Chairman of the British Chamber Commerce at Argentina^G.¹ He was Chairman of the Inter-Allied Commission for the purchase cereals in Argentina and Uruguay.² He was created 1st Baronet Gibson, of Linconia in the Republic of Argentina [U.K.] on 10 August 1931.¹

     Madeleine Jessie Savell was the daughter of Reverend W J Savell.² She married Sir Herbert Gibson, 1st Bt., son of Thomas Gibson and Clementina Corbett, on 6 July 1895.¹ She died on 16 May 1953.¹

     Sir Christopher Herbert Gibson, 2nd Bt. was born on 12 October 1897.² He was the son of Sir Herbert Gibson, 1st Bt. and Madeleine Jessie Savell.² He married Dorothy Edith Orme Bruce, daughter of Major W. D. Bruce, on 9 September 1919.² He died on 20 July 1966 at age 68.²
     He was given the name of Meredith Herbert Gibson at birth.² He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.² He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England^G.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Horse Artillery.² He wrote the book Gran Chaco Calling.² He wrote the book Enchanted Trails.² He was registered as a Member of the British Ornithologists Union and British Society Dowsers.² On 5 June 1934 his name was legally changed to Meredith Herbert Gibson.² He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Gibson, of Linconia in the Republic of Argentina [U.K., 1931] on 28 December 1934.²

     Clement Herbert Gibson was born on 23 August 1900.¹ He was the son of Sir Herbert Gibson, 1st Bt. and Madeleine Jessie Savell.² He married Marjorie Julia Anderson, daughter of Robert Anderson, on 24 June 1933.¹ He died in 1976.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.²
