     Richard Denis Blandy lived at Adelaide, South Australia, Australia^G.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹

     Ruth Elizabeth Blandy was the daughter of Richard Denis Blandy.² She married Charles Tatham Monckton, son of Cecil Charles Fisk Monckton and Dorothy Tatham Hughes, on 27 March 1946.¹ She died on 24 January 1999.¹
     From 27 March 1946, her married name became Monckton.
