     Agnes Campbell Cassels Cassels was the daughter of Alexander Cassels.² She married James Ford, son of William Ford, on 5 May 1875.¹ She died on 26 January 1922.¹
     From 5 May 1875, her married name became Ford.

     Sir Patrick Johnston Ford, 1st Bt. was born on 5 March 1880.¹ He was the son of James Ford and Agnes Campbell Cassels Cassels.² He married Jessie Hamilton Field, daughter of Henry Field, on 19 December 1905.¹ He died on 28 September 1945 at age 65.¹
     He was educated at Edinburgh Academy, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 4th Battalion, Cameron Highlanders.¹ He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1904 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G, in 1907 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)¹ He was a practising Advocate in 1907.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He was admitted to the Royal Company of Archers.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Unionist) for North Edinburgh between 1920 and 1923.¹ He held the office of Junior Lord of the Treasury between 1922 and 1923.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Unionist) for North Edinburgh between 1924 and 1935.¹ He was appointed Knight in 1926.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Ford, of Westerdunes, co. East Lothian [U.K.] on 27 July 1929.¹

     Henry Field lived at Middleluff, Manitoba, Canada^G, and.¹ He lived at Moreland, Kinross-shire, Scotland^G.¹ He was a practising Writer to the Signet (W.S.)¹

     Jessie Hamilton Field was the daughter of Henry Field.² She married Sir Patrick Johnston Ford, 1st Bt., son of James Ford and Agnes Campbell Cassels Cassels, on 19 December 1905.¹ She died on 15 September 1962.¹
     From 19 December 1905, her married name became Ford.

     Harold Frank Ford was born on 17 May 1915.¹ He was the son of Sir Patrick Johnston Ford, 1st Bt. and Jessie Hamilton Field.² He married Lucy Mary Burnet, daughter of John Rudolph Wardlaw Burnet, on 29 July 1948.¹ He died on 19 June 1994 at age 79.¹
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1937 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he became a POW.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1939 in the Lothians and Border Yeomanry.¹ He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G, in 1945 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)¹ He was a practising advocate in 1945.¹ He gained the rank of Captain.¹ He held the office of Sheriff Substitute for Perth and Angus in 1951.¹

     John Rudolph Wardlaw Burnet graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Fife, Kinross and Edinburgh.¹ He was appointed King’s Counsel (K.C.)¹ He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹

     Lucy Mary Burnet is the daughter of John Rudolph Wardlaw Burnet.² She married Harold Frank Ford, son of Sir Patrick Johnston Ford, 1st Bt. and Jessie Hamilton Field, on 29 July 1948.¹
     From 29 July 1948, her married name became Ford.

     Patrick John Ford was born on 14 September 1952.¹ He is the son of Harold Frank Ford and Lucy Mary Burnet.²
     He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G, with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)¹ He was a practising Writer to the Signet (W.S.)¹ He was a practising solicitor.¹ He lived in 2003 at Tigerton, Menmuir, Angus, Scotland^G.¹

     Claire Lucy Ford was born on 3 August 1949.¹ She is the daughter of Harold Frank Ford and Lucy Mary Burnet.² She married John Woodman Blair in 1975.¹
     From 1975, her married name became Blair.
