Lady Elizabeth Brudenell-Bruce was born on 14 April 1807.2 She was the daughter of Charles Brudenell-Bruce, 1st Marquess of Ailesbury and Henrietta Maria Hill.2 She married Count Christian Danneskjold-Samsöe, son of Count Christian Conrad Sophus von Danneskjold-Samsöe and Johanne Henriette Valentine Kaas, on 25 July 1833. She died on 6 November 1847 at age 40.2
From 25 July 1833, her married name became Danneskjold-Samsöe.
