     Katherine Mackenzie is the daughter of Thomas U. Mackenzie.² She married Charles FitzHerbert, son of Reverend Alleyne FitzHerbert and Angelina Haffenden, in 1889.¹
     From 1889, her married name became FitzHerbert.

     Reynold Hall FitzHerbert was born in 1890.¹ He was the son of Charles FitzHerbert and Katherine Mackenzie.² He died on 23 June 1938.¹

     Reverend Alleyne FitzHerbert was born on 6 February 1860.¹ He was the son of Reverend Alleyne FitzHerbert and Angelina Haffenden.² He married Frances Elizabeth Smith, daughter of Reverend Henry Smith, on 3 February 1887.¹ He died on 25 February 1949 at age 89, without issue.¹
     He graduated from St. John’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector at Manby, Louth, Lincolnshire, England^G.¹

     Reverend Henry Smith was the Rector at Easton Maudit, Northamptonshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Clarendon House, Redcar, Yorkshire, North Riding, England^G.¹

     Frances Elizabeth Smith was the daughter of Reverend Henry Smith.² She married Reverend Alleyne FitzHerbert, son of Reverend Alleyne FitzHerbert and Angelina Haffenden, on 3 February 1887.¹ She died on 7 July 1922, without issue.¹
     From 3 February 1887, her married name became FitzHerbert.
