     Charles Wroughton Wentworth-Stanley was born on 22 November 1919.¹ He was the son of Charles Sidney Bowen Wentworth-Stanley and Edith Katherine Brocklebank.¹ He married Sonia Patricia Molesworth Bevan, daughter of Lt.-Col. Temple Percy Molesworth Bevan and Amy Florence Briscoe, on 4 December 1946.¹ He died on 19 August 1991 at age 71 at Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, England.²
