     He was an Anglican minister in the Diocese of the Arctic.¹

     She lived at Mandeville, Jamaica^G.¹ From 1981, her married name became Davis.¹

     Jonathan Gibson Davis was born in 1982 at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada^G.¹ He is the son of Reverend Christopher Davis and Winsome Gibson.¹

     Muriel Ursula Macy was born in 1898.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Vincent Travera Macy and Susannah Beatrix Baring.¹ She married Guy Alwyn Goodricke.¹
     Her married name became Goodricke.¹

     Guy Alwyn Goodricke was born in 1893.¹ He married Muriel Ursula Macy, daughter of Reverend Vincent Travera Macy and Susannah Beatrix Baring.¹ He died in 1987.¹
     He was given the name of Guy Alwyn Watson Thomas at birth.¹ On 4 March 1914 his name was legally changed to Guy Alwyn Goodricke.¹

     Sir Philip Alexander Waterlow, 4th Bt. was born on 17 March 1897.¹ He was the son of Sir Edgar Lutwyche Waterlow, 3rd Bt. and Martha Carter.^1,2 He married, firstly, Iris Gwendoline Butler, daughter of Charles Rupert Butler, on 6 January 1923.¹ He and Iris Gwendoline Butler were divorced in 1937.¹ He married, secondly, Annie Catherine Hay, daughter of John Hay, on 19 May 1937.¹ He and Annie Catherine Hay were divorced in 1951 in a judicial separation.¹ He married, thirdly, Gwendoline Florence Elizabeth Balanche, daughter of Leon Balanche, in 1972.¹ He died on 18 July 1973 at age 76.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd King’s Own Hussars.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He was Aide-de-Camp to the Military Governor Cologne between 1919 and 1920.¹ He was chairman and managing director of Waterlow and Sons Ltd.¹ He was Governor of Christ’s Hospital.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Waterlow, of London [U.K., 1873] on 12 January 1954.¹

     Derek Vaudrey Waterlow was born on 19 February 1902.¹ He was the son of Sir Edgar Lutwyche Waterlow, 3rd Bt. and Martha Carter.^1,2 He died on 15 March 1985 at age 83.¹
