Simon Fergusson, younger of Kilkerran1

     Simon Fergusson, younger of Kilkerran was the son of Bernard Fergusson of Kilkerran and Isobel Adair.2 He married Christian Forrester, daughter of Robert Forrester of Boquhan, in 1589.3 He died in August 1591.3
     In 1580 he was served heir-general to his mother.3

Christian Forrester1

     Christian Forrester is the daughter of Robert Forrester of Boquhan.1 She married, firstly, Simon Fergusson, younger of Kilkerran, son of Bernard Fergusson of Kilkerran and Isobel Adair, in 1589.1 She married, secondly, Gilbert Ross.1
     Her married name became Ross.2 From 1589, her married name became Fergusson.

Sir John Fergusson of Kilkerran1

     Sir John Fergusson of Kilkerran was the son of Simon Fergusson, younger of Kilkerran and Christian Forrester.2 He married Helen Kennedy, daughter of Sir Thomas Kennedy, Master of Cassillis, circa 1612.1 He died in July 1647, abroad.1
     He encumbered Kilkerran with debts through his royalism in the Civil War.1 He was appointed Knight in 1641.1
