Jenico Preston, 7th Viscount Gormanston1 
He succeeded as the 7th Viscount Gormanston [I., 1478] on 28 June 1643.1 He succeeded as the 10th Lord Preston of Gormanston [I., 1370] on 28 June 1643.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] in 1686.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant for County Meath in 1689, by King James II.1 In 1691 he was indicted for high treason and posthumously outlawed (where his titles were deemed to be under attainder until 1800.)1
