Sir Archibald Edward Nye, in 1974.³ He and Harriet Mary Sheila Nye were divorced.³ He married, thirdly, Carola Marion Erskine-Hill, daughter of Sir Robert Erskine-Hill of Quothquhan, 2nd Bt. and Christine Alison Johnstone, in 1981.¹ He died on 17 October 2009 at age 83.²
     He was Honorary Mexican Consul at Edinburgh.¹ He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.³ He was partner of Laing & Cruickshank, stockbrokers.³ He was director of the British Motor Corporation in 1960.³ He was chairman of Laing & Cruickshank, stockbrokers between 1980 and 1987.³

     Alison Erskine-Hill was born on 9 July 1945.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Robert Erskine-Hill of Quothquhan, 2nd Bt. and Christine Alison Johnstone.² She married John Selby North Lewis, son of John Clifford North Lewis, on 2 July 1966.¹
     From 2 July 1966, her married name became North Lewis. She lived in 2003 at Walwick Hall, Blairgowrie, Hexham, Northumberland, England^G.¹

     John Selby North Lewis was the son of John Clifford North Lewis.² He married Alison Erskine-Hill, daughter of Sir Robert Erskine-Hill of Quothquhan, 2nd Bt. and Christine Alison Johnstone, on 2 July 1966.¹ He died on 18 February 2013.³

     Selby James North Lewis was born on 13 December 1968.¹ He is the son of John Selby North Lewis and Alison Erskine-Hill.² He married Emma Clare Gaisford, daughter of Richard Gaisford, in 1995.¹
     He lived in 2003 at Colwell South Farm, Colwell, Hexham, Northumberland, England^G.¹
