     Isita Clare Mansel was born on 8 April 1907.¹ She was the daughter of Algernon Lascelles Mansel and Isita Rodger Wilson.² She died on 27 July 1986 at age 79.¹
     She gained the rank of Group Officer in the Women’s Auxiliary Air Force.¹ She fought in the Second World War, where she was mentioned in despatches.² She held the office of Member of the St. Pancras Borough Council between 1949 and 1965.¹ She held the office of Member of the London County Council between 1955 and 1958.² She held the office of Alderman of London between 1961 and 1965.¹ She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1964.¹ She held the office of Member of the Greater London Council in 1967.²

     Hugh Arthur Mansel was born on 7 November 1869.¹ He was the son of Captain Arthur Edmund Mansel and Clare Henrietta Lascelles.² He died on 11 January 1931 at age 61.¹
     He fought in the Tirah Expedition between 1897 and 1898.² He fought in the Boer War in 1900.² He gained the rank of Captain in the Dorset Regiment.¹

     Evelyn Louisa Mansel was the daughter of Captain Arthur Edmund Mansel and Clare Henrietta Lascelles.² She died on 4 September 1929, unmarried.¹

     Margaret Blanche Mansel was the daughter of Captain Arthur Edmund Mansel and Clare Henrietta Lascelles.² She died on 23 March 1928, unmarried.¹

     Susan Emma Mansel was the daughter of Captain Arthur Edmund Mansel and Clare Henrietta Lascelles.² She died on 15 September 1951, unmarried.¹

     Clare Frances Mansel was the daughter of Captain Arthur Edmund Mansel and Clare Henrietta Lascelles.² She married Captain Francis de Sausmarez Shortt, son of Vice-Admiral F. H. Shortt, on 16 August 1905.¹ She died on 25 January 1958.¹
     From 16 August 1905, her married name became Shortt.

     Vice-Admiral F. H. Shortt lived at Martinstown, Dorset, England^G.¹

     Captain Francis de Sausmarez Shortt was the son of Vice-Admiral F. H. Shortt.² He married Clare Frances Mansel, daughter of Captain Arthur Edmund Mansel and Clare Henrietta Lascelles, on 16 August 1905.¹ He died on 20 March 1956.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Scots Fusiliers.¹

     Eleanor Maud Mansel was the daughter of Captain Arthur Edmund Mansel and Clare Henrietta Lascelles.² She married Robert Lionel Foster, son of John Foster, on 30 September 1909.¹ She died in 1944.¹
     From 30 September 1909, her married name became Foster.

     John Foster lived at Coombe Park, Whitchurch, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Egton Manor, Egton Bridge, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹
