     Anne Storey was the daughter of Edward Storey.² She married James Marwood Elton, son of Edward Elton and Frances Marwood, in 1799.¹ She died on 17 February 1811.¹
     From 1799, her married name became Elton.

     Sir Edward Marwood-Elton, 1st and last Bt. was born on 19 May 1800.¹ He was the son of James Marwood Elton and Anne Storey.² He died on 18 April 1884 at age 83, unmarried.¹
     He was given the name of Edward Elton at birth.¹ On 1 August 1831 his name was legally changed to Edward Marwood-Elton by Royal Licence.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Marwood-Elton, of Widworthy, Devon [U.K.] on 1 August 1838.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.)¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Devon in 1858.¹ On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Henry Elton was born in 1778.¹ He was the son of Edward Elton and Frances Marwood.² He married Anne Wedlake, daughter of Thomas Wedlake and Elizabeth Hancock, on 12 November 1807 at St. Mary and St. Peter, Winford, Somerset, England.^1,3 He died on 16 February 1829.¹
     He lived at Winford Manor, Bristol, England^G.¹

     Thomas Wedlake married Elizabeth Hancock on 29 November 1774 at St. Decuman’s, Williton, Somerset, England.²
     He lived at Hornchurch, Essex, England^G.¹

     Anne Wedlake was baptised on 6 August 1786 at St. Decuman’s, Williton, Somerset, England.² She was the daughter of Thomas Wedlake and Elizabeth Hancock.^3,2 She married Henry Elton, son of Edward Elton and Frances Marwood, on 12 November 1807 at St. Mary and St. Peter, Winford, Somerset, England.^1,2 She died in 1858.¹
     From 12 November 1807, her married name became Elton.

     Henry Edward Elton was born on 15 February 1808.¹ He was the son of Henry Elton and Anne Wedlake.² He married Sarah Frances Clutterbuck, daughter of Reverend James Lewis Clutterbuck and Frances Elton, on 28 April 1829.¹ He died on 15 February 1842 at age 34.¹
     He lived at Winford Manor, Bristol, England^G.¹ He had four other sons and two daughters.¹

     Sarah Frances Clutterbuck was the daughter of Reverend James Lewis Clutterbuck and Frances Elton.^2,1 She married, firstly, Henry Edward Elton, son of Henry Elton and Anne Wedlake, on 28 April 1829.¹ She married, secondly, Thomas Davis Bayley on 28 September 1842.¹ She died on 10 June 1867.¹
     From 28 April 1829, her married name became Elton. From 28 September 1842, her married name became Bayley.¹

     Sir Alfred Marwood-Elton was born in 1836.¹ He was the son of Henry Edward Elton and Sarah Frances Clutterbuck.² He married Jane Frances Handley, daughter of Reverend Augustus Bernard Handley, in 1865.¹ He died on 20 April 1911, without issue.¹
     He was given the name of Alfred Elton at birth.¹ He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.¹ In 1885 his name was legally changed to Alfred Marwood-Elton by Royal Licence.¹ He lived at Widworthy Court, Honiton, Devon, England^G.¹

     Reverend Augustus Bernard Handley was the Rector at Fisherton, Wiltshire, England^G.¹

     Jane Frances Handley was the daughter of Reverend Augustus Bernard Handley.² She married Sir Alfred Marwood-Elton, son of Henry Edward Elton and Sarah Frances Clutterbuck, in 1865.¹ She died on 2 May 1919.¹
     From 1865, her married name became Elton.
