     Cecilia Wheatley Eliott was born on 4 October 1832 at Madras, India^G.² She was the daughter of Sir Daniel Eliott and Georgina Russell.³ She married Maj.-Gen. Eustace George Hill, son of Edward Eustace Hill and Lady Georgiana Charlotte Keppel, on 1 July 1856 at Calcutta, India^G.² She died on 29 November 1882 at age 50.² She was also reported to have died in 1916.¹
     From 1 July 1856, her married name became Hill.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Eustace George Hill was born on 9 April 1830 at Nalkhays, Norfolk, England^G.² He was the son of Edward Eustace Hill and Lady Georgiana Charlotte Keppel.² He was baptised on 20 May 1830 at Alverstoke, Hampshire, England.³ He married Cecilia Wheatley Eliott, daughter of Sir Daniel Eliott and Georgina Russell, on 1 July 1856 at Calcutta, India^G.² He died on 11 February 1907 at age 76 at San Reno, Italy^G.²
