Sir Algernon Coote, 11th Bt. and Cecilia Matilda Plumptre, on 21 April 1882.¹ She died on 21 April 1923.¹
     From 21 April 1882, her married name became Coote.¹

     Sir Algernon Charles Plumptre Coote, 12th Bt. was born on 14 December 1847.² He was the son of Rev. Sir Algernon Coote, 11th Bt. and Cecilia Matilda Plumptre.³ He married, firstly, Jean Trotter, daughter of Captain John Trotter and Hon. Charlotte Amelia Liddell, on 28 August 1873.² He married, secondly, Ellen Melesina Chenevix Trench, daughter of Philip Charles Chenevix Trench and Ellen Maria Turner, on 21 April 1882.⁴ He died on 22 October 1920 at age 72.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.² He graduated from St. John’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1875 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Coote, of Castle Cuffe, Queen’s Co. [I., 1621] on 20 November 1899.² He held the office of Custos Rotulorum of Queen’s County.² He held the office of Lieutenant of Queen’s County of the Eton College.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Queen’s County.² He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, in 1903 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)²

     Lt.-Col. Robert Bartholomew was the son of Reverend Christopher Bartholomew.¹ He married Catherine Louisa Anne Trench, daughter of Philip Charles Chenevix Trench and Ellen Maria Turner, on 12 November 1872.¹ He died in 1918.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Bengal Cavalry.¹ He lived at The Cleave, Northam, Devon, England^G.¹
