     Price Blackwood was born on 24 January 1760.1 He was the son of Sir John Blackwood, 2nd Bt. and Dorcas Stevenson, Baroness Dufferin and Claneboye.2 He married, firstly, Louisa Southwell, daughter of William Southwell, on 29 August 1787.1 He married, secondly, Anne Cox, daughter of Richard Cox, on 21 January 1804.1 He died in 1816, without issue.1
