     He lived at Brown’s Hall, County Donegal, Ireland^G.¹

     Richard Laird Warren was born on 21 April 1896 at St. Kilda, Victoria, Australia.^1,2 He was the son of Henry Seccombe Warren and Lydia Maria White.¹ He married Annie Pearce in 1919 at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.² He died on 10 September 1980 at age 84 at Westmead, New South Wales, Australia.²

     Reverend William Stear Blackwood was born on 27 April 1802.¹ He was the son of Hans Blackwood, 3rd Baron Dufferin and Claneboye and Elizabeth Finlay.² He married Elizabeth Hamilton, daughter of Robert Hamilton, on 24 March 1832.¹ He died on 28 May 1874 at age 72.¹
     He was the Vicar at Ballinderry, County Antrim, Ireland^G.¹

     Robert Hamilton lived at Clonsilla, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹

     Elizabeth Hamilton was the daughter of Robert Hamilton.² She married Reverend William Stear Blackwood, son of Hans Blackwood, 3rd Baron Dufferin and Claneboye and Elizabeth Finlay, on 24 March 1832.¹ She died on 25 September 1877.¹
     From 24 March 1832, her married name became Blackwood.

     Hans Stevenson Blackwood was born on 28 November 1833.¹ He was the son of Reverend William Stear Blackwood and Elizabeth Hamilton.² He married, firstly, Jane West, daughter of Admiral Sir John West, on 29 July 1862.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Emily Hunt, daughter of Henry Hunt, on 6 January 1892.¹ He died on 25 August 1897 at age 63.¹

     Admiral Sir John West is the son of unknown West.¹
     He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.)¹ He gained the rank of Admiral of the Fleet.

     Jane West was the daughter of Admiral Sir John West.² She married Hans Stevenson Blackwood, son of Reverend William Stear Blackwood and Elizabeth Hamilton, on 29 July 1862.¹ She died on 1 December 1890, without issue.¹
     From 29 July 1862, her married name became Blackwood.

     Henry Stear Blackwood was born on 9 March 1894.¹ He was the son of Hans Stevenson Blackwood and Mary Emily Hunt.² He died on 1 May 1917 at age 23, from wounds received in action.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Temporary Captain in the 9th Battalion, London Regiment.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Lt.-Col. Robert William Blackwood was born on 7 January 1840.¹ He was the son of Reverend William Stear Blackwood and Elizabeth Hamilton.² He married Mary Elizabeth Watson-Taylor, daughter of Simon Watson-Taylor and Lady Hannah Charlotte Hay, on 19 April 1879.¹ He died on 13 September 1909 at age 69.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the 2nd Battalion, Oxford Light Infantry.¹ He retired from the military, with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.¹
