     From 30 December 1828, her married name became Franks.

     Ionia Viola Warmack was born on 23 May 1911.¹ She was the daughter of William Franklin Warmack and Iza Rosalia Rutan.¹ She married unknown DeBruyn.¹ She died in January 2000 at age 88.¹
     Her married name became DeBruyn.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Sir George McKenzie Franks was born on 16 October 1868.¹ He was the son of Thomas John Franks and Clara Kettle.^2,1 He married Paula de Garcia, daughter of Don Manuel Rodriguez de Garcia, on 20 June 1901.¹ He died on 12 October 1958 at age 89.¹
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ He was commissioned in 1887, in the service of the Royal Artillery.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England^G.¹ He fought in the Wazirstan Expedition between 1894 and 1895.¹ He fought in the Wazirstan Expedition between 1897 and 1898.¹ He fought in the Nile Campaign between 1898 and 1899, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches six times.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1917.¹ He was awarded the Order of the Crown of Belgium.¹ He was awarded the Croix de Guerre Belgian.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1927.¹ He was Colonel Commandant of the Royal Artillery between 1931 and 1938.¹ He lived at Ryecroft Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland^G.¹

     Raynald Arthur McKenzie Franks was born on 7 April 1904.¹ He is the son of Maj.-Gen. Sir George McKenzie Franks and Paula de Garcia.^2,1 He married Anne Giulia Rowe, daughter of H. Y. Rowe, on 26 July 1939.¹
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1926 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He lived in 1976 at The Green, Middleton Cheney, Banbury, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (F.R.I.C.S.)¹

     H. Y. Rowe lived at Grimstone, Horrabridge, Devon, England^G.¹

     Anne Giulia Rowe is the daughter of H. Y. Rowe.² She married Raynald Arthur McKenzie Franks, son of Maj.-Gen. Sir George McKenzie Franks and Paula de Garcia, on 26 July 1939.¹
     From 26 July 1939, her married name became Franks.

     Matthew Raynald John Franks was born in 1943.¹ He was the son of Raynald Arthur McKenzie Franks and Anne Giulia Rowe.² He died in 1948.¹

     Phyllida Lucy Noel Franks was born on 21 December 1945.¹ She is the daughter of Raynald Arthur McKenzie Franks and Anne Giulia Rowe.² She married Timothy Edward Pyper, son of Frederick Gerrard Pyper, on 26 July 1969.¹
     She graduated from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ From 26 July 1969, her married name became Pyper.
