     Vice-Admiral Sir Godfrey James Milton-Thompson was born on 25 April 1930 at Cheshire, England.² He was the son of Reverend James Milton-Thompson and May LeMare Hoare.^3,4 He married Noreen Helena Frances Fitzmaurice, daughter of Sir Desmond FitzJohn Fitzmaurice and Nancy Leake, on 5 April 1952.¹ He died on 23 September 2012 at age 82 at Cornwall, England.⁵
     He was educated at Eastbourne College, Eastbourne, Sussex, England^G.⁵ He graduated from Queens’ College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.) He graduated from St. Thomas’ Hospital Medical School, London, England, with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)⁵ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.) in 1974. He lived in 1976 at Pool Hall, Menheniot, Liskeard, Cornwall, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Surgeon-Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in 1985.⁶ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1988.⁶ He was appointed Knight of Justice, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (K.J.St.J.) in 1989.

     Helena Milton-Thompson was born on 13 April 1954.¹ She is the daughter of Vice-Admiral Sir Godfrey James Milton-Thompson and Noreen Helena Frances Fitzmaurice.²

     Richenda Milton-Thompson was born on 13 July 1956.¹ She is the daughter of Vice-Admiral Sir Godfrey James Milton-Thompson and Noreen Helena Frances Fitzmaurice.²

     Louisa Milton-Thompson was born on 18 March 1959.¹ She is the daughter of Vice-Admiral Sir Godfrey James Milton-Thompson and Noreen Helena Frances Fitzmaurice.²

     Catherine Mary Richarda Fitzmaurice was born on 2 May 1938.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Desmond FitzJohn Fitzmaurice and Nancy Leake.² She married David Kozubei, son of Rabbi Ephraim Kozubei, on 2 July 1966.¹
     She graduated from Michigan University, Ann Arbor, Michigan, U.S.A.^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ She was educated at Central School of Speech and Drama, London, England^G.¹ From 2 July 1966, her married name became Kozubei. She was a drama teacher.¹ She lived in 1976 at 1419 Jorn Court, Ann Arbor, Michigan, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Rabbi Ephraim Kozubei lived at Shrine House, Finchley, London, England^G.¹

     David Kozubei is the son of Rabbi Ephraim Kozubei.² He married Catherine Mary Richarda Fitzmaurice, daughter of Sir Desmond FitzJohn Fitzmaurice and Nancy Leake, on 2 July 1966.¹

     Saul FitzMaurice Kozubei was born on 26 February 1967.¹ He is the son of David Kozubei and Catherine Mary Richarda Fitzmaurice.²

     Jacob Tad~h Kozubei was born on 10 December 1968.¹ He is the son of David Kozubei and Catherine Mary Richarda Fitzmaurice.²

     Nora Margaret Edeen Fitzmaurice was born on 16 November 1890.¹ She was the daughter of John Day Stokes Fitzmaurice and Emily Grace Ellen Cooke.^2,1 She married Lt.-Col. John Lionel Philips, son of George Henry Philips, on 2 September 1911.¹ She and Lt.-Col. John Lionel Philips were divorced in 1941.¹ She died on 2 October 1959 at age 68.¹
     From 2 September 1911, her married name became Philips.¹
