     Thomasine Taylor was the daughter of William Taylor.¹ She married, firstly, Richard Stephens before 1860.¹ She married, secondly, Robert Fitzmaurice, son of Maurice Fitzmaurice and Margaret Stokes, on 18 July 1860.¹ She died on 17 October 1918.¹
     From before 1860, her married name became Stephens.¹ From 18 July 1860, her married name became Fitzmaurice.

     Sir Maurice Fitzmaurice was born on 11 May 1861.¹ He was the son of Robert Fitzmaurice and Thomasine Taylor.² He married Ida Dickinson, daughter of Colonel Edward Dickinson, on 2 February 1911.¹ He died on 17 November 1924 at age 63.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.) by Birmingham University, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He was awarded the Order of Medjidie in 1901 2nd Class.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1902.¹ He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1912.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.) in 1919.¹ He was an engineer, connected with many notable engineering undertakings, including the Forth Bridge and Asswan Dam.¹

     Colonel Edward Dickinson lived at West Lavington Hill, Midhurst, Sussex, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Engineers.¹

     Ida Dickinson was the daughter of Colonel Edward Dickinson.² She married Sir Maurice Fitzmaurice, son of Robert Fitzmaurice and Thomasine Taylor, on 2 February 1911.¹ She died on 4 March 1934.¹
     From 2 February 1911, her married name became Fitzmaurice.

     Ida Margaret Fitzmaurice was born on 3 June 1912.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Maurice Fitzmaurice and Ida Dickinson.²
     Ida Margaret Fitzmaurice usually went by her middle name of Margaret.¹ She lived in 1976 at 10 Halsey Street, London, England^G.¹

     Elinor Fitzmaurice was born on 13 November 1914.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Maurice Fitzmaurice and Ida Dickinson.²
     She lived in 1976 at 101 Walton Street, London, England^G.¹

     John Day Stokes Fitzmaurice was born on 4 January 1863.¹ He was the son of Robert Fitzmaurice and Thomasine Taylor.² He married Emily Grace Ellen Cooke, daughter of Samuel Cooke, on 2 January 1889.¹ He died on 7 February 1897 at age 34.¹
     He was educated at Royal School Armagh, Armagh, County Armagh, Ireland^G.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He was Judge in the Indian Civil Service.¹

     Maurice Alexander Ross Geraldine Fitzmaurice was born on 9 June 1892.¹ He was the son of John Day Stokes Fitzmaurice and Emily Grace Ellen Cooke.^2,1 He died on 6 August 1915 at age 23 at France^G, killed in action.¹
     He was educated at Felsted School, Felsted, Essex, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Engineers.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹

     Sir Desmond FitzJohn Fitzmaurice was born on 17 August 1893.¹ He was the son of John Day Stokes Fitzmaurice and Emily Grace Ellen Cooke.^2,1 He married Nancy Leake, daughter of Reverend John Sherlock Leake, on 16 February 1926.¹
     He was educated at Bradfield College, Bradfield, Reading, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He graduated from Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1922 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was Master of Security Printing, India.¹ He was Deputy Master of the Mint, Bombay and Calcutta between 1929 and 1933.¹ He was Controller of Stamps, Nasik between 1934 and 1948.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.) in 1941.¹ He gained the rank of Honorary Major in the Royal Engineers.¹ He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1946.¹ He lived at Mount Rivers, Ownagarry, Killorglin, County Kerry, Ireland^G.¹

     Nancy Leake is the daughter of Reverend John Sherlock Leake.¹ She married Sir Desmond FitzJohn Fitzmaurice, son of John Day Stokes Fitzmaurice and Emily Grace Ellen Cooke, on 16 February 1926.¹
     From 16 February 1926, her married name became Fitzmaurice.
