     Manuel de Castilla y Portugal was born in 1782.¹ He was the son of Baltasar de Castilla y Portugal and Angela de Guzman.¹

     Edith Clare Fitzherbert was born on 3 February 1877.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Corry Fitzherbert and Mary Emily Vansittart.^2,3 She married Arthur Mildmay Hall-Dare, son of Robert Westley Hall-Dare and Caroline Susan Henrietta Newton, on 8 July 1897.² She died on 8 September 1949 at age 72.¹
