     Susanna Findlater was born on 9 September 1800.¹ She was the daughter of John Findlater and Janet Dempster.² She married Captain John Snowden on 25 August 1818.¹ She died on 7 December 1871 at age 71, without issue.¹
     From 25 August 1818, her married name became Snowden.¹

     Janet Findlater was born on 9 April 1804.¹ She was the daughter of John Findlater and Janet Dempster.² She married William Bennett on 6 August 1834.¹ She died on 24 November 1850 at age 46.¹
     From 6 August 1834, her married name became Bennett.

     William Bennett married Janet Findlater, daughter of John Findlater and Janet Dempster, on 6 August 1834.¹
     He had four sons and three daughters.¹ He lived at Liverpool, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     John Findlater was born on 11 February 1828.¹ He was the son of John Findlater and Mary Anne Hughes.^2,1 He married Mary Johnston, daughter of John Johnston, on 20 April 1854.¹ He died on 18 January 1908 at age 79.¹
     He was Chairman of Johnston, Mooney & O’Brien, bakers and flour millers.¹ He was partner and Chairman of Alexander Findlater & Company Ltd.¹ In August 1878 mem Reception Cttee on visit of HRH The Pnnce of Wales to Dublin.¹ He helped introduce golf into Ireland and in formation of country’s 1st golf club at Belfast.¹ In 1884 he was the subject of the comic poem He would be a Baronet by John Christopher Fitzachary (published in Bridal of Drimna.¹) He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the City of Dublin.¹ He lived at Clyde House, Clyde Road, County Down, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Melbeach, Monkstown, County Down, Ireland^G.¹

     Joseph Findlater was born on 16 July 1831.¹ He was the son of John Findlater and Mary Anne Hughes.^2,1 He married Marion Eames.¹ He died on 3 January 1912 at age 80, without issue.¹
     He was partner of Findlater, Mackie & Company, and Findlater & Company.¹ He lived at London, England^G.¹

     Helen Findlater was born on 24 September 1829.¹ She was the daughter of John Findlater and Mary Anne Hughes.^2,1 She married Colonel John Findlater Corscaden, son of Robert Corscaden and Helen Findlater, in 1853.¹ She died on 17 March 1903 at age 73, without issue.¹
     From 1853, her married name became Corscaden.

     Agatha Mary McCurdy is the daughter of John McCurdy.¹ She married Adam Seaton Findlater, son of John Findlater and Mary Johnston, on 22 June 1881.¹
     From 22 June 1881, her married name became Findlater.¹

     Colonel John Findlater Corscaden was the son of Robert Corscaden and Helen Findlater.^2,1 He married Helen Findlater, daughter of John Findlater and Mary Anne Hughes, in 1853.¹ He died on 29 July 1887.¹
