     David Deacon was baptised on 23 December 1806.¹ He was the son of Robert Deacon and Ogle Grizelda McMeakin.² He died before 1825, murdered.¹
     He emigrated to Canada^G.¹

     Rachel Deacon was baptised on 21 July 1798.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Deacon and Ogle Grizelda McMeakin.² She married unknown Simpson.¹ She died circa 1868.¹
     Her married name became Simpson.

     Isabella Deacon was born circa 1803.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Deacon and Ogle Grizelda McMeakin.² She married William Conolly on 10 March 1831.¹
     From 10 March 1831, her married name became Conolly.

     Elizabeth Gillespie was the daughter of John Gillespie.¹ She married John Deacon, son of Robert Deacon and Ogle Grizelda McMeakin, on 30 October 1827.¹ She died on 28 March 1873.¹
     From 30 October 1827, her married name became Deacon.

     John Gillespie Deacon was born on 6 September 1828.¹ He was the son of John Deacon and Elizabeth Gillespie.² He married Elizabeth Dobbin, daughter of William Dobbin and Anne Martin, on 15 June 1853.¹ He died on 22 May 1916 at age 87.¹
     He lived at The Hill, Kildarton, County Armagh, Ireland^G.²

     Robert Deacon was born on 9 November 1830.¹ He was the son of John Deacon and Elizabeth Gillespie.² He married Henrietta Courtney on 16 March 1866.¹ He died on 29 January 1874 at age 43 at Hazaribagh, Bengal, India^G.¹
     He was educated at Ledwich Medical School, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He was educated at Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ He was appointed Licentiate, Royal College of Surgeons, London (L.R.C.S.)¹ He was with the Bengal Medical Service.¹ He was appointed Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, London (L.R.C.P.)¹

     Henrietta Courtney married Robert Deacon, son of John Deacon and Elizabeth Gillespie, on 16 March 1866.¹ She died on 26 October 1901.¹
     She lived at Clones, County Monaghan, Ireland^G.¹ From 16 March 1866, her married name became Deacon.
