     Edward Acton was born on 16 August 1704.¹ He was the son of Clement Acton and Mary Hickman.¹ He married Anne Acton on 13 July 1745.¹ He died on 22 November 1767 at age 63.¹ He was buried at Tasley, Shropshire, England^G.¹
