     Reverend Samuel Madden was born on 25 August 1801.² He was the son of Major Samuel Madden and Margaret Grace Gordon-Cumming.² He married Hannah Thomasine Duckett, daughter of Thomas Duckett and Catherine Madden, on 11 November 1822.² He died on 15 January 1834 at age 32.²
     He lived at County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.¹

     Catherine Madden was the daughter of Reverend Samuel Madden and Hannah Thomasine Duckett.^2,3 She married Sir William Richard Crosbie, 7th Bt., son of Edward Crosbie and Jane Henry, on 11 April 1854.¹ She died on 5 December 1882.¹
     From 11 April 1854, her married name became Crosbie.

     Sir William Edward Douglas Crosbie, 8th Bt. was born on 13 October 1855.¹ He was the son of Sir William Richard Crosbie, 7th Bt. and Catherine Madden.² He married, secondly, Rose Kathleen Moule.¹ He married, firstly, Georgina Mary Marsh, daughter of Thomas Edward Milles Marsh, on 21 June 1893.¹ He died on 29 December 1936 at age 81, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Bedfordshire Militia.¹ He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Crosbie, of Maryborough, Queen’s County [I., 1630] on 6 May 1877.¹

     Marjorie Kathleen Crosbie Crosbie was born in 1895.¹ She was the daughter of Sir William Edward Douglas Crosbie, 8th Bt. and Georgina Mary Marsh.^2,1 She married Godfrey Sutcliffe Marsh on 13 December 1920.¹
     From 13 December 1920, her married name became Marsh.

     Godfrey Sutcliffe Marsh married Marjorie Kathleen Crosbie Crosbie, daughter of Sir William Edward Douglas Crosbie, 8th Bt. and Georgina Mary Marsh, on 13 December 1920.¹
     He lived in 1976 at 37 Scarsdale Villas, London, England^G.¹

     Margaret Brewster married Sir John Willes.¹
     Her married name became Willes.¹

     Rose Kathleen Moule married, secondly, Sir William Edward Douglas Crosbie, 8th Bt., son of Sir William Richard Crosbie, 7th Bt. and Catherine Madden.¹
     Her married name became Crosbie. Her married name became Sherard.¹

     Joseph Augustus Crosbie was born on 17 September 1857.¹ He was the son of Sir William Richard Crosbie, 7th Bt. and Catherine Madden.² He died on 20 September 1884 at age 27, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 4th Battalion, Royal Munster Fusiliers.¹

     Edward James Crosbie was born on 21 July 1860.¹ He was the son of Sir William Richard Crosbie, 7th Bt. and Catherine Madden.² He died on 8 August 1890 at age 30, unmarried.¹

     Thomas Jaffray was born in 1717.¹ He was the son of Alexander Jaffray and Christian Barclay.¹ He died in 1767.¹
     He lived at Kingston, Jamaica^G.¹
