     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Electrical and Mechincal Engineers.¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹ He lived in 1976 at Seafield, Tower Hill, Williton, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Diana Esther Coddington was born on 16 February 1920.¹ She was the daughter of Arthur Francis Coddington and Dorothie Rhoda Osborne.² She married John Ernest Cornwall Lewis-Crosby, son of Very Rev. Ernest Henry Lewis-Crosby and Hilda Darley, on 12 August 1943.¹ She died on 9 October 1971 at age 51.¹
     She was with Women’s Auxiliary Air Force during the Second World War.¹ From 12 August 1943, her married name became Lewis-Crosby.

     Charles Wilkinson is the son of Dr. John Wilkinson.²

     John Ernest Cornwall Lewis-Crosby is the son of Very Rev. Ernest Henry Lewis-Crosby and Hilda Darley.^2,3 He married Diana Esther Coddington, daughter of Arthur Francis Coddington and Dorothie Rhoda Osborne, on 12 August 1943.¹
     He had one son and two daughters.¹ He was Secretary of the National Trust of Northern Ireland.¹ He lived in 1976 at Rowallane, Saintfield, County Down, Ireland^G.¹

     Edith Coffey was born in 1877.¹ She was the daughter of John Coffey and Elizabeth Boyle.¹ She married Herbert Spencer Helme, son of James Helme and Elizabeth Parker, in 1902.¹ She died in 1946 at Worthing, Sussex, England^G.¹
     From 1902, her married name became Helme.¹

     Herbert Spencer Helme was born on 25 February 1876 at Lancaster, Lancashire, England^G.¹ He was the son of James Helme and Elizabeth Parker.¹ He married Edith Coffey, daughter of John Coffey and Elizabeth Boyle, in 1902.¹ He died in 1947 at Tynemouth, Northumberland, England^G.²

     Joanna Camilla Walker Kilgour was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Ian James Kilgour and Aura Camilla Desmond Walker.¹ She married A/Cdre. Sir Mark Annesley Norman, 3rd Bt., son of A/Cdre. Sir Henry Nigel St. Valery Norman, 2nd Bt. and Patricia Moyra Annesley, on 30 May 1953.¹ She died on 5 March 2009.²
     From 30 May 1953, her married name became Norman.¹ She lived in 2003 at Wilcote Manor, Wilcote, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, England^G.³

     Lt.-Col. Ian James Kilgour is the son of Colonel Henry Kilgour.² He married Aura Camilla Desmond Walker, daughter of Lt.-Col. Claude Edward Forestier Walker and Ethel Wilkinson, on 4 October 1930.²
