     Sarah (?) married Richard Cleeve.¹ She died in 1803.¹
     Her married name became Cleeve.

     Thomas Cleeve was born in 1770.¹ He was the son of Richard Cleeve and Sarah (?)² He married Dorothea Malthus.¹ He died in 1842.¹
     He was with the Honourable East India Company.¹

     Dorothea Malthus married Thomas Cleeve, son of Richard Cleeve and Sarah (?).¹ She died in 1868.¹
     Her married name became Cleeve.

     Edward Elms Cleeve was born in 1814.¹ He was the son of Thomas Cleeve and Dorothea Malthus.² He married Sophia Olivia Journeaux, daughter of Edward Journeaux, in 1843.¹ He died in 1885.¹
     He lived at Cleveland, Quebec, Canada^G.¹

     Edward Journeaux lived at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Melbourne, Quebec, Canada^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Sophia Olivia Journeaux was the daughter of Edward Journeaux.² She married Edward Elms Cleeve, son of Thomas Cleeve and Dorothea Malthus, in 1843.¹ She died in 1904.¹
     From 1843, her married name became Cleeve.

     Sir Thomas Henry Cleeve was born on 5 June 1844.¹ He was the son of Edward Elms Cleeve and Sophia Olivia Journeaux.² He married Phoebe Agnes Dann, daughter of Jonathan Dann, on 14 February 1874.¹ He died on 19 December 1908 at age 64.¹
     He was also known as Sir Henry Thomas Cleeve.³ In 1860 he came to Ireland from Canada.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Limerick in 1892.¹ He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1900.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of County Limerick in 1900.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Limerick in 1905.¹ He lived at Sunville House, Limerick, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹
