     Sir Henry Frederick Ross Catherwood was born on 30 January 1925.¹ He was the son of Harold Matthew Stuart Catherwood and Jean Eleanor Maud Agnew.² He married Elizabeth Lloyd-Jones, daughter of Reverend David Martin Lloyd-Jones, on 27 February 1954.¹ He died on 30 November 2014 at age 89.³
