     Arnold Carden was born on 26 November 1890.¹ He was the son of Charles Edward Carden and Eliza Maria Wyrill.² He died on 7 November 1917 at age 26, killed in action in Palestine.¹
     He fought in the First World War, with 24th London Regiment.¹

     Jane Dorothea Carden was born on 5 June 1883.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Edward Carden and Eliza Maria Wyrill.² She married Charles Henry Cadwallader on 17 April 1906.¹ She died on 2 September 1966 at age 83.¹
     From 17 April 1906, her married name became Cadwallader.

     Charles Henry Cadwallader married Jane Dorothea Carden, daughter of Charles Edward Carden and Eliza Maria Wyrill, on 17 April 1906.¹ He died on 17 December 1954.¹
     He had two daughters.¹

     Margaret Wyrill Carden was born on 6 September 1894.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Edward Carden and Eliza Maria Wyrill.²
     She lived in 1976 at 7 Newbridge Hill, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Alfred Carden was born on 11 June 1859.¹ He was the son of Charles Wilson Carden and Jane Bolton King.² He died on 10 March 1883 at age 23, drowned at sea off Jamaica while sailing for the West Indies.¹
     He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant between 1878 and 1880 in the 2nd West Indies Regiment.¹

     Eustace Carden was born on 29 December 1863.¹ He was the son of Charles Wilson Carden and Jane Bolton King.² He married Lillias Agatha Mary Racester Markham, daughter of Henry Philip Markham, on 6 February 1893.¹ He died on 9 June 1897 at age 33, drowned after handing a lifebelt to a drowning stewardess, and failing to recover the drifting lifeboat during the wreck of SS Aden off the Isle of Socotra.¹
     He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ He was registered as a Master Mariner.¹ He was 1st Officer with P&O Lines.¹

     Lillias Agatha Mary Racester Markham was the daughter of Henry Philip Markham.¹ She married Eustace Carden, son of Charles Wilson Carden and Jane Bolton King, on 6 February 1893.¹ She died on 16 April 1935.¹
     From 6 February 1893, her married name became Carden.

     Eustace Markham Carden was born on 17 May 1895.¹ He was the son of Eustace Carden and Lillias Agatha Mary Racester Markham.² He married Lucy Theodosia Badcock, daughter of Reverend Thomas Badcock, on 29 December 1924.¹ He died on 9 September 1959 at age 64.¹
     He was educated at Oundle School, Oundle, Northamptonshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at University College London, London, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Warrant Officer in the HM Salvage Vessel Mariner.¹ He was registered as a Associate Member, Institution of Mechanical Engineers (A.M.I.Mech.E.) in 1923.¹ He was owner of Cabin Boatyard at Bursledon, Hampshire, England^G.¹ In 1926 he built a dry dock.¹ He gained the rank of Flying Officer in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was a Marriage Guidance Councillor.¹
