     Ronald George Sholto Douglas was born on 17 October 1926.¹ He was the son of Hon. William Sholto Douglas and Hon. Ethel Georgiana Frances Somerset.¹ He married, firstly, Margaret Jean Gai Eliott-Drake McClure, daughter of Ivor Herbert McClure and Beatrice Eliott-Drake Briscoe, on 9 August 1952.¹ He and Margaret Jean Gai Eliott-Drake McClure were divorced in 1957.¹ He married, secondly, Valerie Quarterman, daughter of William Quarterman, on 23 June 1960.¹ He married Heather Grey Law, daughter of James Philip Law, in 1983.¹ He died on 8 May 1996 at age 69.¹
     He was educated at Lancing College, Lancing, Sussex, England.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant between 1946 and 1948 in the Royal Pioneer Corps.¹

     Margaret Jean Gai Eliott-Drake McClure was the daughter of Ivor Herbert McClure and Beatrice Eliott-Drake Briscoe.¹ She married, firstly, Ronald George Sholto Douglas, son of Hon. William Sholto Douglas and Hon. Ethel Georgiana Frances Somerset, on 9 August 1952.¹ She and Ronald George Sholto Douglas were divorced in 1957.¹ She married, secondly, Robert A. Haynes in 1961.² She died on 6 January 2019 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.²
     Her married name became Douglas. From 1961, her married name became Haynes.²

     Ivor Herbert McClure was the son of Rev. Canon Edmund McClure.¹ He married Beatrice Eliott-Drake Briscoe, daughter of Reverend Henry Meyrick Eliott-Drake Briscoe and Louisa Mary Robinson, on 21 February 1925.¹ He and Beatrice Eliott-Drake Briscoe were divorced in 1950.¹ He died on 25 April 1981.¹
     He was awarded the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) and bar.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)² He lived at Montreal, Quebec, Canada^G.²

     Roderick Olaf William Sholto Douglas was born on 24 August 1953.¹ He was the son of Ronald George Sholto Douglas and Margaret Jean Gai Eliott-Drake McClure.¹ He married Margaret Pickles, daughter of Alan Pickles, in 1997.¹ He died on 14 November 2019 at age 66 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.²
     He lived in 2003 at 6 Old Sopwell Gardens, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, England.¹

     Malcolm David Sholto Douglas was born on 27 February 1955.¹ He is the son of Ronald George Sholto Douglas and Margaret Jean Gai Eliott-Drake McClure.¹ He married Barbara Elizabeth Hughes, daughter of Charles Hughes, in 1979.¹
     He lived in 2003 at 25 Culver Road, Newbury, Berkshire, England.¹

     Fiona Anne Georgiana Douglas was born on 17 February 1956.¹ She is the daughter of Ronald George Sholto Douglas and Margaret Jean Gai Eliott-Drake McClure.¹ She married Dr. Robert Anderson Somerville, son of Charles Somerville, in 1981.¹
     She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ From 1981, her married name became Somerville.¹ She lived in 2003 at 16 Grange Road, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹

     Jean Georgiana Ethel Douglas was born on 5 July 1922.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. William Sholto Douglas and Hon. Ethel Georgiana Frances Somerset.¹ She married Captain Peter Edward Findley Heneage, son of Lt.-Col. Sir Arthur Pelham Heneage and Anne Findley, on 5 March 1949.¹ She died on 5 December 2020 at age 98.²
     Her married name became Heneage. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹ She lived in 2003 at North Carlton Old Hall, North Carlton, Lincolnshire, England.¹
